Justin’s opening session was possibly the most brilliant, articulate, compassionate and authentic explanation of leadership for a modern inclusive society that I have ever heard. If our programme had stopped at 10:30am on Friday it would have been a triumph.

Wow. I am not sure ‘many thanks’ entirely cuts the experience we all had last week. It was incredible and as we all bumped into each other this morning around the office, we all had a little smile, and knowing look in our eyes that we had all really become much closer and that life [within our company] would not be the same again.

Wow! What an incredible talk from Justin Featherstone on 'Adventures in Kindness'. An insightful, unique and beautiful perspective on how we can approach our own Leadership in the modern world by taking lessons from tribes from around the globe including the Cabecar, the Wai Wai and the Konyak Tribes.

It was the single most impactful lecture I have attended in my university career.

The depth and breadth of leadership development expertise we are able to draw on by working with Justin Featherstone of Mission Performance has made a significant contribution to the success of our International Leadership Management Programme (ILMP) and its impact on our people and organisation.

Our partnering with Justin has enabled us to create a leadership programme that in 2023 has received the Princess Royal Training Award from the City and Guilds of London Institute. ILMP has had a huge impact within Hays.

It has helped us to unlock the potential of our people and enabled them to lead with compassion and be more adaptable in times of accelerated change.

The feedback we have received already from the delegates this afternoon, is undoubtedly the best feedback we have had and for some individuals [this experience is] most likely career changing.

Today has certainly left an impact on me, which I won’t forget anytime soon.

I found Justin's presentation on ethical leadership and purpose one of the most inspiring sessions I've ever been part of. I was surprised by the simplicity of the principles discussed... It reinforced the importance of regular team contact, both formal and informal (taking tea), being kind first and being emotionally open as a leader.

This was truly an exceptional programme. As someone who works in Learning & Development, I can hand on heart say that the vision, purpose, structure, and delivery of this programme was/is one of the most powerful and impactful I have had the privilege of being involved in.
