I build genuine partnerships with both individuals and organisations to provide bespoke development solutions; solutions that help people respond to the leadership and cultural challenges of today’s uncertain operating environments.

The services I provide are designed to provoke thought and develop genuine behavioural change; these range from compelling presentations to high impact and reflective experiential off-sites.

My own leadership experience enables me to help you develop a high performing, inclusive and ethical workplace culture and the leadership understanding to sustain it.

I also offer wilderness, or what I call ‘slow’, development and coaching.
